Shall we replace our coffee with something healthy and fresh?
Everybody
likes fast food, but how about we try
nature's fast food? It takes just one minute. Noodles that are prepared in two
minutes can give us short-term satisfaction but fruit can provide you with
Fiber, sugar, vitamin, minerals, and antioxidants.

It provides beneficial nutrients that our body craves. Here is a very
fascinating fruit that is a little soppy, yellowish in texture, smells a little
like a lemon, and tastes very sweet.
When
this plant was first bought, it wasn't
that exciting but slowly when it started to grow and bore flowers and then
these yummy fruits, the whole intuition about this fruit changed. The feeling would just be under that tree most of the time.
Wondering,
which fruit I am exaggerating about? It’s guava, a tropical and sub-tropical
fruit.
Like
how food has different varieties, even guava also comes in different textures.
On the inside, most of the guavas are white, pink, or red. However, the guava
emphasized here is the white guava. White guava has a yellowish color on the
outside when ripe and green while unripe but if we cut them into two it’s white
within.

This
fruit can be eaten raw, in the form of juice, jam, and jellies. When I say
juice, it means it is very significant for our body as it is rich in potassium
that helps to control heart rate and blood pressure. That's not all; guava has
vitamin C and antioxidants which, provide a positive effect on skin health and immune function.
In
India, guava is the fourth largest fruit crop after mango, banana, and citrus,
and the crop is grown easily and can withstand the vagaries of any season.
Guava
is treated as a weed in Latin America, so you can imagine how easily it grows. Guava
is called a poor man's apple since it is cheap and contains more elements
than an apple. Bangladesh is the eighth-largest guava-producing country.
Every
part of the guava tree is used for medicinal purposes and surprisingly it is
used in the prevention of cancer and diarrhea.
